Tyrone Knox
Claims Specialist, Private Investigator
With a marketing background and a heart for helping others, I founded Retrieve My Surplus to assist those facing foreclosure, tax default, and bankruptcy. Initially struggling to find career fulfillment, I discovered it in aiding individuals to recover from financial loss.

The law of value states that true worth is measured by giving more in value than we take in payment. Our company’s worth grows with each client we help. We aim to recover and return over $100 million held by government entities to our clients, pioneering best practices to exceed industry standards and outperform competitors.

I have also established The Helpful Foundation to support Life Choices and The Dream Center, two non-profits that profoundly impacted my life. Every client helped and every milestone reached pays it forward by providing an annual donation of support for others.

My main responsibilities include investigating the details of each claim, addressing client inquiries, and forwarding qualified claims to the legal network.

William Whitman
Lead Attorney, Attorney Network
As Chief Legal Officer and Director of Operations at RL Corporation, parent company of Peopleflex, a staffing and recruiting firm, and AC Lordi, a consulting firm, I helped manage the firm as it scaled from one Pennsylvania office to ten locations nationally. I have worked with business owners for most of my career. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand that to be successful, you must take risks. My role is often to identify the specific risks in each situation, and find ways to manage or mitigate them, and help clients make better decisions.
I began my legal career at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. I left the Court to work at a renowned boutique complex commercial litigation firm in Philadelphia. I earned a rare opportunity to work in-house at a client, where I enjoyed working with others to build something. I went back to graduate business school and earned a Masters in Management. Since that time, I have served as general counsel for several private companies, before returning to private practice on my own.
As a Pennsylvania business lawyer and trusted adviser, I have advised senior executives on strategy, leadership, management, operations, risk management, and legal matters, and helped businesses of all sizes with their legal needs. Interventions have included back-office setup and oversight for foreign corporations doing business in the U.S.; contract management system development; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of all kinds; employment matters; financing transactions; human resources support; investigations; joint ventures; law department management; litigation; mergers and acquisitions; and wage and compensation compliance.
The primary responsibility is to oversee and facilitate the processing of each claim within our legal network, ensuring the highest likelihood of success and the maximum recovery for each client. Additionally, I manage escrow disbursements for all parties following court orders.

Jules Eusebio
Researcher, Data Analyst
With a strong background in asset recovery, I have helped individuals reclaim surplus funds from foreclosures by conducting in-depth research, lead generation, and client outreach. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in skip tracing, cold calling, and legal documentation, ensuring a smooth recovery process for clients. My experience has taught me the value of persistence, accuracy, and clear communication in navigating complex transactions.
Helping people recover what’s rightfully theirs is more than a job—it’s a mission.
My key responsibilities are conducting detailed research, managing the client database, and analyzing data related to each claim or court order.
